Join Our Team as a Client Service Representative!
Are you skilled at building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service? We’re looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for clients—ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, efficiency, and care.
Starting Pay: $29/hour
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, handling inquiries and providing timely, accurate information
Respond to client requests via phone, email, or chat—resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of client communications and service activities using CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
Coordinate with departments such as sales, operations, or support to deliver seamless client experiences
Monitor client accounts and follow up proactively to ensure service excellence and retention
Share client feedback and trends to help improve services and client success initiatives
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, client-facing demeanor
A customer-first attitude with the ability to anticipate and address client needs
Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple client accounts
Proficiency with common CRM and support tools
