Are you organized, solutions-driven, and passionate about improving the customer experience? We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Operations Support team member to help drive efficiency and ensure seamless service delivery. In this role, you’ll work closely with customer service, logistics, and internal teams to support daily operations and keep things running smoothly.
Starting Pay: $29/hour
Support customer-facing teams by managing back-end processes such as order tracking, account updates, and system entries
Respond to internal and external inquiries with accurate and timely information
Monitor and manage workflows to ensure all customer requests are processed quickly and correctly
Log data, update records, and maintain accuracy in CRM and operational platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Zendesk, or ERP systems)
Identify and troubleshoot process bottlenecks and assist in resolving operational issues
Share insights and feedback to help improve team efficiency and customer satisfaction
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and solve problems
Comfortable working with digital tools, spreadsheets, and CRM/operations systems
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
