Grow with Us as a Customer Success Coordinator!

Are you passionate about helping customers thrive and making sure they get the most value out of what they’ve invested in? We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and people-focused Customer Success Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success by supporting both our clients and internal teams.

Starting Pay: $29/hour

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the Customer Success team in managing customer relationships after onboarding

  • Coordinate communications, follow-ups, and action items to keep customers engaged and informed

  • Help track customer milestones, feedback, and usage trends to ensure ongoing satisfaction and success

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Gainsight

  • Assist in preparing reports, account reviews, and success documentation for internal and external use

  • Collaborate with departments like Sales, Support, and Product to ensure smooth handoffs and issue resolution

What You Bring:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, timelines, and requests simultaneously

  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn about customer needs and business goals

  • Experience with CRM systems or customer success tools (a plus, but not required)
