Are you passionate about helping customers thrive and making sure they get the most value out of what they’ve invested in? We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and people-focused Customer Success Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success by supporting both our clients and internal teams.
Starting Pay: $29/hour
Support the Customer Success team in managing customer relationships after onboarding
Coordinate communications, follow-ups, and action items to keep customers engaged and informed
Help track customer milestones, feedback, and usage trends to ensure ongoing satisfaction and success
Maintain accurate records in CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Gainsight
Assist in preparing reports, account reviews, and success documentation for internal and external use
Collaborate with departments like Sales, Support, and Product to ensure smooth handoffs and issue resolution
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Ability to manage multiple accounts, timelines, and requests simultaneously
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn about customer needs and business goals
Experience with CRM systems or customer success tools (a plus, but not required)
