Starting Pay: $29/hour

What You’ll Do:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and live chat to address questions, troubleshoot issues, and offer helpful information

  • Accurately document customer interactions using tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar systems

  • Follow up on customer concerns to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction

  • Share recurring feedback and trends to help improve services, products, and customer experience

  • Offer ideas and suggestions to improve customer service processes and efficiency

What You Bring:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a courteous and professional tone

  • A positive attitude, empathy, and a genuine desire to assist others

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while staying organized and focused

  • Quick to learn new technologies and comfortable using customer support software
