Join Our Team as a Customer Service Consultant!

Are you a great communicator with a passion for helping people and offering solutions that truly make a difference? We’re looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Customer Service Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll go beyond answering questions—you’ll guide, support, and empower customers to get the most value from our products and services.

Starting Pay: $29/hour

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide expert-level support to customers via phone, email, or chat—offering personalized advice and solutions

  • Understand customer needs and recommend the best products, services, or next steps

  • Help troubleshoot complex issues, guiding customers with patience and clarity

  • Document all interactions accurately using tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar platforms

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and deliver a smooth, satisfying customer experience

  • Identify trends or recurring issues and provide feedback to improve processes, products, and policies

What You Bring:

  • Strong communication and active listening skills with a consultative, solution-oriented approach

  • A genuine desire to help people and create positive experiences

  • Ability to simplify complex information and explain it clearly to customers

  • Excellent time management and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with CRM or customer service platforms (or willingness to learn)
