Starting Pay: $29/hour

Troubleshoot customer issues efficiently and guide them toward effective solutions
Use platforms like Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar tools to document interactions and track cases
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues and identify recurring problems
Share customer insights to help improve our products, services, and user experience
Strong communication skills with a clear, professional, and friendly tone

Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks at once
