In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring each client feels supported, understood, and well taken care of throughout their journey with us.
Starting Pay: $29/hour
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients—responding to inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide thoughtful, personalized support tailored to each client’s needs
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
Follow up on open requests or issues to ensure full resolution and client satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to help coordinate services, manage client accounts, and streamline communication
Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and share feedback with the team
Strong communication skills with a warm, professional demeanor
A client-first mindset with a high level of empathy and patience
Great attention to detail and the ability to stay organized while managing multiple requests
Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems quickly
