Join Us as a Customer Operations Representative!
Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and ready to be the driving force behind smooth service delivery? We’re looking for a dependable and proactive Customer Operations Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll support both customers and internal teams by ensuring seamless operations, resolving issues, and keeping everything running efficiently behind the scenes.
Starting Pay: $29/hour
Serve as a key liaison between customers and internal teams to coordinate and follow through on service requests
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat—providing accurate information and timely updates
Monitor order status, process changes, and resolve issues to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Document all activities and customer interactions using systems like Salesforce, Zendesk, or other CRM/ERP tools
Identify recurring issues or process bottlenecks and recommend improvements to enhance workflow and service delivery
Assist with reporting, data entry, and cross-functional coordination as needed
Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
Solid organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to analyze problems, find solutions, and follow through
Comfortable working with support platforms, CRMs, or operational systems
Reliable, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities at once
