In this role, you’ll provide essential support across departments, assist customers or clients, and help ensure daily operations stay on track.

Starting Pay: $29/hour

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to inquiries from customers, clients, or internal teams via phone, email, or chat—offering helpful information and resolving basic issues

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks to support team efficiency

  • Process and manage service requests, data entry, account updates, or order tracking as needed

  • Maintain accurate documentation of all activities in systems such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or internal platforms

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and follow-through

  • Help identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve service delivery

What You Bring:

  • Clear and professional communication skills—both written and verbal

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized

  • A team-player attitude with a willingness to pitch in where needed

  • Comfort using support tools, CRM systems, or office software (training provided)

  • A customer- and solutions-focused mindset with a proactive approach
