Starting Pay: $29/hour
Interact with customers through phone, email, and live chat to assist with inquiries, orders, and concerns
Provide helpful, accurate information while delivering a great customer experience
Record customer interactions and updates using platforms like Zendesk, Salesforce, or other support systems
Follow up to ensure customer issues are fully resolved and expectations are met
Share customer feedback and suggestions to help improve our services and processes
Excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly attitude
A passion for helping people and a strong sense of empathy
Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
