In this role, you’ll be a key part of our mission to provide personalized, thoughtful support that makes every customer feel valued and heard.
Starting Pay: $29/hour
Assist customers via phone, email, and chat—answering questions, resolving concerns, and providing product or service support
Build strong relationships with customers by listening actively and offering tailored solutions
Document all interactions accurately in customer care platforms like Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar tools
Follow up to ensure issues are fully resolved and customers are satisfied with the outcome
Share feedback and trends with internal teams to help improve the overall customer experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A calm, caring, and patient approach to customer interactions
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
A team player mentality and a genuine desire to help people
