Are you passionate about helping people and creating meaningful customer experiences? We’re looking for a compassionate and dependable Customer Care Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be a key part of our mission to provide personalized, thoughtful support that makes every customer feel valued and heard.

Starting Pay: $29/hour

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat—answering questions, resolving concerns, and providing product or service support

  • Build strong relationships with customers by listening actively and offering tailored solutions

  • Document all interactions accurately in customer care platforms like Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar tools

  • Follow up to ensure issues are fully resolved and customers are satisfied with the outcome

  • Share feedback and trends with internal teams to help improve the overall customer experience
