Do you enjoy solving problems and helping others navigate technical issues? We’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused Help Desk Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be the go-to resource for users needing assistance—providing technical support, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth user experience.

Starting Pay: $29/hour

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, or chat to troubleshoot hardware, software, or account-related issues

  • Guide users through step-by-step solutions in a clear and patient manner

  • Document all support interactions and resolutions using ticketing tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or ServiceNow

  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

  • Monitor support tickets to ensure timely resolution and follow-up

  • Provide feedback on recurring issues to help improve systems and reduce future problems

What You Bring:

  • Strong communication skills with a calm, customer-friendly approach

  • Basic technical knowledge and a willingness to learn more

  • Great problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet

  • Ability to manage multiple support tickets and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to help others succeed
